Back to 1996

I have always loved dogs and have had one since I was a little kid. But not like other children, I knew there was more to the then just playing around. So when I had my first dog, a Transilvanian Hound, in 1996 I attended my first dog show. I loved it so much, I took it as a hobby and am gladly doing it since

The next big step

The dog breeds that followed were American Staffordshire Terrier, French Bulldog and then when our 13 year old dog had to be taken down as he was too old, I decided to buy a new dog of course.

I was first thinking of a Dachshund, I discussed it with my wife, but we never decided.

One day a guy who heard I was passionate about dogs told me he had a puppy available for sale, a Welsh Terrier – I have never heard about that breed before but I thought to give it a try.

Decision was made

I surprised my wife with this little bundle of joy called Flore. She fell in love with her from the beginning. We loved exploring her personality as she grew. She was playful, loving and though when needed. A little boss. We shortly learned that this is a perfect breed. It is energetic, can cope with warm summers and cold winters and doesn’t get ill easily. We took her everywhere with us, she was our little child.

The Present....

As there was no Kennel Club in our county since around 2004, some friends and I decided to found a club in which I was elected president in 2014. We organized a show every year since then –  National and International,

The future looks great!

Then she turned two and we decided this is the breed we want to have from now on, so we decided to take her to mate. She had two little baby girls from which we kept one for ourselves.

We named her Sissi as she was a little queen.
